How are we different from others? We are simple and honest, and an honest builder is a big, very big rarity today. We are not afraid, unlike competitors, to name the real price, and not a promotional option without a foundation, windows, drainage system. We do not make money on materials, taking advantage of the fact that you do not have time to check their real value.
We are used to counting everything, right down to the nails, which is why when signing a contract with you, we know for sure that we will meet the agreed amount – after all, everything is counted and there can be no surprises.
We rejoice when you tell us that you have found somewhere much cheaper. Why? Because we understand that in a few months you will become our client: we are often involved in correcting the mistakes of our respected colleagues.
We really do not like to operate with the average cost of m2, and we offer all customers to make an estimate. We do not save on quality and we understand that the quality in our business depends primarily on our permanent, trained, reliable employees.
We offer only environmentally friendly materials, as our advertising says “only the right technology” – there is no and will not be Styrofoam in our homes. We do not build houses “by eye”, so we sleep peacefully.
And finally, we are not afraid to be more expensive than our competitors, because we understand that the euphoria from the saved two hundred thousand will pass quickly, and the annoyance of a crooked, cold, unreliable and harmful house will settle in the heart forever.
